At BaubleBar, we want you to love your new accessories, so we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized pieces and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any USPS carrier or drop it off at a local post office, then wait for your refund to be processed within 5-10 business days.
